On Friday, June 24th, we took Tour #2. Just wanted to inform you that we were very pleased with this tour. The convenience of being picked up at the hotel and returning to the hotel at night was very much appreciated.

The sights that we were able to get off the bus and explore were amazing. Robert was an excellent tour guide, and it was great to know of his acting on Law and Order. Benny was a good and courteous driver.

Overall, we felt the cost of the tour was very reasonable and didn't get that tourist trap feeling.

I certainly would recommend your business to anyone visiting the Big Apple!

Thanks for your service,

And Benny was wonderful to me also, I just fell in love with him. You can be sure that your company will receive many praises from me to any friends that may be coming your way.

I tried to give Benny a tip after he dropped my niece and I off at our hotel the Crowne Plaza in Englewood,N.J., but he refused, and asked me to send an e-mail about our experience instead. So here goes.

This was our first time to NJ/NY, and to be perfectly honest, after the harrowing experience of driving from La Guardia airport to the hotel in NJ, I would have been
content to just stay at the hotel for the four days. But I used to work for an airlines, and remember when I was in a strange city, the first thing I would do was take a bus
tour, to familiarize myself with my surroundings. In the lobby there was a display of brochures, for things to see and do in the area. Picked up several bus tour brochures,
and took them back to the room. After looking them over, I was impressed that New York Tours picked you up at your hotel parking lot. That was the first thing that sold me on
your tour. But really it was the people that made the difference. Benny who drove the courtesy van, and both to and from, gave us a delightful personal tour of the
sights, and answered a whole lot of crazy questions from me, and some other ladies from various other states.

Benny was not only insightful, but very funny. He really was a gem.
The bus was nicely air-conditioned, and where ever we were dropped off, Jerry our bus driver, was ready and waiting, when we needed to board the bus again. It was nice that we could leave our things on the bus, and they were right there when we go back on. Gordon our guide was so funny, and informative. I think of all the tours I've been too, his was the best. He was a great leader, an the waving of his hat, brought us and kept us together, no one was ever left behind. I would like to add, that I am deaf in one ear, and
I tend to lip read to help hear. But with Gordon, I never had a problem hearing him. His voice was distinctive, and clear, that alone meant a lot to me, what good is a tour, if
you can't hear what the guide is saying?

All in all, I didn't mean to write a novel, but I really wanted you to know, it just didn't feel like a tour. Your staff, made you feel like you were one of there close relatives, and they gave you there best. No question was to dumb, and every question was answered. Thank you for a great safe, fun, experience! Would I recommend New York Tours,
absolutely! Because of the great time, my neice and I rode the public bus down to New York City, and had a great time the rest of the trip; sight seeing on our own, went to a musical (How to Succeed in Business....), visiting museums, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, walking in Central Park, and eating at great restaurants! Thank you for that experience.

Sincerely,

We so enjoyed the tour today! We were picked up by Rich and he did a super job of acclimating us to the area. He also showed us the Brooklyn attitude is only a bluff and all softness inside. Lynn was so passionate about the City and her love for it was contagious and we wanted more. Her knowledge was incredible and there was not one question we asked that she could not answer. Not once did see seem like she was reading off a script. By the time we parted I felt like she was part of my family.

And...Keith...when I called into your business I felt so welcomed from the start. Our first conversation showed you wanted us to see NY for the first time in the proper manor and would not be disappointed. We re so glad you were there to introduce us to the best tour ever!!

Hi Keith,

Here is the email we promised you when we took your through New York. It was our first time in New York and the United States so we did not have a clue what tour to take.

Our hotel Meadowlands Holiday Inn, New Jersey recommended New York Tours number 2.
The only tour that picked us up, that was really wonderful!

The bus and tour was great, we went to Ellis Island and The Statue of Liberty. In the city we picked up a sort of Yoda from New York! Complete with a light sable!

And (Yoda) walks fast because he wants to show you a lot, central park, Rockefeller Centre and Ground Zero. We were exhausted by the end of the day but we sure saw a lot of things in New York.

What really stood out for us was your enthusiasm. We loved your special video about New Jersey and the cake boss drive by and the route from Sopranos.

We would recommend this tour everybody who likes a full day of culture and cool humor.
You see New York, New Jersey and some nice movie facts!

One suggestion for next time as die hard BonJovi fans please include the home of Jon and his stadium please??[?]

Kind regards,

I just wanted to finally thank you guys for helping me with the most memorable Mothers' Day gift of all time. From the moment I spoke to you that first day, to the moment we said goodbye to Richie and Robert, everything was perfect. I can't thank you enough for helping me arrange the Carlo's Bakery visit. You were spot on with your advice of going in the morning and having lunch in the beautiful town of Hoboken. My mom had a blast, and she finally got authentic Mexican style tacos from The Taco Truck. It was very sweet of you to have Richie pick us up at Carlo's and take us to Liberty State Park to get the others. The stop off he made was the perfect place to take pictures! The whole tour was amazing. Robert is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met. He knew everything and was so enthused to be with us. When we left to head home, I felt like I was leaving my best friend. A heartfelt thanks to all of you. I promise to see you again.

Words cannot adequately express how much we appreciate what you did for us on our visit to New York City.  Your willingness to pick us up at our motel went above and beyond the call of duty.  Had it not been for your tour we could not possibly have seen the sights that we saw on that one day.  Thanks for dropping us off at the Ellis Island/Statue of Liberty ferry boat landing and picking us up for the New York City tour in the afternoon.

Our tour guide clearly loved his city and his job and was a wealth of information.  If there is a significant sight in NYC that we did not see on the tour we cannot imagine what it would be.  The movie "Hitch" was showing during our cruise and it came alive having personally seen the NYC locations in the film.

Your referral to Dominick was an unexpected bonus.  It was special to be taken from the door of our motel to our ship on the day of departure and picked up at customs and dropped of at the door of our motel room on our return.  He is a wonderful man who made the transfers much smoother than we had anticipated.

We recommend that anyone visiting NYC take advantage of one of your tours.  The value we received for the cost of the tour was outstanding.  What made the tour special is that we were not treated like tourists to be herded from point to point, but as though we were close friends or family members from out of town for whom you were taking a day off to show the sights of your city.

May you have much success,

Dear Keith,

We just wanted to take a minute to thank you SO MUCH for providing one of the very best tour packages we've ever purchased.  The value was more than exceptional.  Our family has been to over 30 countries and we have taken countless tours of cities and towns across the world.   Yours probably ranks #1 in terms of the bang for the buck.   It was superb!   Our tour guide was Robert and our driver was Richie.   They worked together in such seamless fashion that it was amazing. Richie let us out, we walked around, and there he was to pick us up.  How he maneuvered through traffic to always be there right when we were ready for him was astounding.  And Robert's personality suits this job perfectly!  It would be nearly impossible to not like New York City through his eyes.   I will remember him for the rest of my life.  He was so far beyond a tour guide.  He was a friend by the end of the day.   He was part of what we enjoyed about the tour-  he WAS New York!   He made it personal.

We could not believe how much of NYC we had seen in just one day!  How you pack so much into one day is beyond comprehension- and it was not rushed or overwhelming in the least.  We can't figure out how you do it!  And we were unable to think of anything we DIDN'T see that we wanted to.  It was all there!   When we talked through the day after returning to our hotel, we were amazed at all we had seen. We never felt rushed or pressured to keep moving, yet we saw everything!  How in the world did you do that?!

And to think- we only called you the day before and you were there to pick us up the following morning!   Your product, from start to finish, is one that we would recommend to everyone we know.   We will forever be grateful for our amazing day in New York City.   For what we received, at the price we paid, we consider it one of the best bargains we've ever purchased.  Period.  Thank you so very, very much.

This was our first visit to New York/New Jersey to it was important for us to pick the right tour…there were so many to choose from. From the very first time we contacted you to inquire about your tours we knew you were the right “Tour” for us.

Not only did we receive an amazing tour (#2) between yourself and Lynn (with her lime green umbrella) in the City, but you made my Daughter Samantha’s entire year, by stopping off at Carlo’s Bakery (The Cake Boss)! We truly appreciated your sincere gesture to do so since you had a little time to spare that morning! We felt like we were touring with a good friend, not someone we had just met 20 minutes before!

With only one more day in NYC we decided to take one of your tours. Our bus driver was Troy and our tour director was Andy. I have to tell you that we had an amazing time and one of the main reasons for that was due to the customer service and humour that we received from both of those guys. Troy is amazing at driving your bus throughout the crazy streets. I am generally very nervous to drive with anyone but I was completely at ease with him. Andy knows his stuff and loves to share the history of the city. Both were very helpful, very courteous and made our experience a wonderful one. Dear Donna and Keith:

Before  I begin giving in to a complete physical meltdown back here "at the ranch", I wanted to write a quick note to thank you for providing all of the transportation for the USS Panamint (AGC-13) reunion this past weekend.

The buses were clean and comfortable, always on-time - with smiling, kind and wise drivers. Our tour guide on Sunday, Andy, is a walking encyclopedia of New York history, witty, humorous and unfailingly cooperative and flexible.  Richie wrote the book on getting around in what New Yorkers like to call traffic!  Both were terrific guys who know their business and adjust to any obstacles that fall in their paths.

Keith, your caring attention to the details of our schedules and the frailties of our passengers was outstanding! I feel we've begun a friendship based on mutual respect, trust and a sense of humor about people. You must have a book in you, waiting to come out, about the myriad of experiences you've had in working with the public since you've been in this business. It was great to finally be able to put a face on a voice I can hear in my sleep saying, "Don't worry. Everything will be OK.  I'll be there!"  And, the thing is, you were! Captain Reliable, with friends and contacts coming out of your heart to help!! What a guy!

Of course, the members of the USS Panamint have no idea of the maneuvers you had to go through to make them happy. But, I do, and I'm very, very grateful!!

Hoping we can all have a nice, quiet dinner together some time soon, either in your area, or in New York!  Your pick! Let me know.

Many, many thanks and every good wish for continued success! You're perfect for this business!

Warmest regards,

We took the #3 tour on August 23 and will definitely return, in fact we will be back towards the end of September with another person with us. Hopefully we will have Richard and Gordon once again, if not hopefully we will be as lucky.

The price was right and your guides were wonderful.

Sincerely yours,
Bill and Bonnie Kroskey

Just wanted to let you guys know that Richie, our bus driver, was by far the best driver my family has ever had. We have been to 47 states and taken lots of tours in different cities. Richie is number one. Anyone that can drive in that kind traffic and tight corners the way he did is not replaceable. He is very professional and polite, an asset to your company.  I drive a bus myself I know what he is dealing with. That was a great tour for our family of six.

Thanks, Mike Hovest

Dear Keith,
Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful time!  My daughter and I came to New Jersey knowing that we wanted to see New York City but not sure how we would get around.  When we were checking into out hotel we found your brochure laying on a table near the check in desk.  What a find it was !  I called New York Tours and spoke with you.  I am sure that you were tired and ready to go home for the evening but instead you took the time to talk with me and listen to my desire to see the city.  Most importantly I told you that I wanted a trip of a life time for my daughter who is 17.  You told me we would get it and got me VERY excited , to the point where I had a had time sleeping the night before.  We boarded the bus the next morning, and both my daughter and I were so excited, boy did we not know what we were in for.  We had the BEST time of our lives!!  Seeing the Statue of Liberty was breath taking Ellis Island was ...interesting, we enjoyed both incredialbly.   The trip around New York was the absolutely the best!  Walking through the parks of New York were breath taking, the Strawberry fields ment a lot too. Seeing ground zero was proably the one of the most memorable parts of the trip!  I don't know of an American (child or adult ) who will forget where they were on 911, seeing it made it so real!  I could go on forever but wanted to let you know that your tour lived up to everything you said it would.  I will return to NYC and I will take your tour again !  I also will tell my friends about your tour and let them know I HIGHLY rerecomend your tours!!!!!! Thank you again for a wonderful trip!

Sincerly

Hello Keith,
hope all is well !!!....I'm ashamed I haven't mailed you before now. I just wanted to let you know how much we really enjoyed our recent trip to NYC. Your kind self took us on a tour on 18th June 2010 from the Holiday Inn out in Hasbrouck Heights. There was 3 of us and we had a bit of sport with us being from Northern Ireland. There were a few aussies on board along with a couple of Scottish girls ( I'm kinda hoping you do remember us after such a while...there was also a couple on board who didn't have any dollars...just euros...and you were ringing round trying to sort them out....I thought that was a great gesture and credit to you !!!! ). I think the tourists from overseas outnumbered the home-grown ones !!!! We had a fantastic day and have to thank you for that....It was our first time in the states and we were very unsure of where to see first and how to get the most out of our trip. The coach trip that day just made our day ( and holiday ). We went on to have a great holiday...continuing to visit NYC until the Sunday and then we travelled to DC.  I know you're a New York boy and I loved NY...but DC was something else...loved it !!!....You have an amazing country....I love your patriotism and pride....I'm just sitting here at the minute going thru our photos and it's all coming back to me....its easy to get sidetracked when you come home and sometimes the holiday gets a little forgotten.....well I can tell you...NYC  &  DC  are two places I'll have trouble forgetting about...( not hat I want to ). I could talk about for hours !!!...but lets be honest....you know ALL about it anyways !!!! I hope you and your family are all good and business is booming. God willing we would hope to return....soon.......very soon I hope....I do have your card & would really like to meet up again. Sorry for the long delay in letting you know how much we appreciated your driving us around and looking out for us. It was dollars well spent and the best value for money available. Hope you get time to answer...it would be great to hear from you !!!!

All the best....and hey !!!!....have a nice day !!!!

Hi Keith,
Just a note to let you know how much my mother and I enjoyed our day and " The See It All and Islands Tour". When you say "see it all " you really mean it !! Your staff was so nice and very professional, I was also amazed how you, Dominic and Troy got around in all the city traffic. Gordon, what can I say, he made our trip so much fun, I will never forget him. His knowledge of NYC was just as amazing and his sense of humor, oh my gosh !! I loved it !! When our day was done we were literally taken to the front step of our hotel which made my mother and I feel so safe. Again, Thank you Keith for a wonderful day and I will most definitely recommend you to others and when my husband can come with me, you will be the one we call.

Take care,

Hi Keith,

We were part of your tour # 2 on July 2nd, we left from the Quality Inn in New Jersey. We would like to thank you and Gord for the wonderful day we have spent. Back home, in Canada, we were often asked about the tour and we highly recommended your tour. Next time that we are in NY we will take tour # 1 or another but for sure it will be with you. My wife had previously been to NY and had taken another tour company but yours highly surpassed it.

Keep up the good work

Hi Keith,

Donna and I just got home and we wanted to thank you for providing such a great tour.  People that we have talked to can't believe how much of Manhattan we got to see in a single day.  We both had a fantastic time.  And in part, that great time was due to how you and Richie made us feel like family - it was a very special experience.  We want to take another one of your tours soon and, we'll bring a bunch of friends.

Good luck!!

Good Afternoon Keith,

I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how much we enjoyed our tour on May 19th. We did not return from our trip until last week, so I had not had the opportunity to write.

We really appreciated the professionalism and welcome feeling you greeted us with when you picked us up in the van and took us to the Liberty Island Ferry. I apologize that the lateness of our Statue of Liberty tour probably caused the tour to run late, but hopefully you have the new schedule worked out.

I definitely want to compliment Zoe and Ben for their professionalism. They were exemplary in the way they cared for all of the group and they way they conducted themselves and the tour. Their precision timing for the bus drop offs and pickups was amazing. Ben was always there waiting for us when the walking tours were finished and Zoe was jam packed with great information about the city.

Thanks again for making this tour of the Big Apple one of the highlights of our 17 day trip.

Blessings on you and your family and we hope to see you again some day.

Hi Keith,

I just wanted to let you know that my parents and I absolutely enjoyed the New York City Tour including the Statue of Liberty during the Memorial day weekend. The best thing was the pickup from New Jersey. It was very convenient and timely. We were staying at the Days Hotel in Newark.

Our driver, Benny and tour guide, Zoe were such fantastic people. They were very knowledgeable and provided extensive information. The tour gave us enough time to explore Statue of Liberty and sufficient opportunity to take pictures and have lunch.

After the Statue visit, we were greeted by Zoe who was such a delightful tour guide. She was informative, funny and knowledgeable and kept the spirit while guiding us through all the must-see attractions of NYC. At the end of the tour, we were dropped back to the P4 station near our hotel.

I will recommend your tour to my friends and family. Its the best NYC tour!

5/16/10 Hi Keith, I had to write and comment on the tour I took 5/15/10 with your group. I was picked up promptly from the Days Inn Hotel in Bergen, NJ and from beginning to end, the tour was superb! The bus driver (I want to mention his name because he was so kind but I forgot it - he did the 8:20am run), and the tour guide, Robert, were both cordial, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and very kind-spirited. It was the best way to get to know the layout of NY and learn the history, and I learned a lot, at a decent price. I really, really enjoyed it and wanted to thank you for offering such a quality service with an excellent staff. I will definitely recommend a New York trip and the use of your service to my friends and family!

05/07/10 Keith, I’m the lady that talked with you about newyorktoursnyc.com and I’ll be calling you in a few days.

I’ve tried to take the ferry over to Liberty Park and Ellis Island  from NYC three different times, always giving up after hours of standing in line.   So on this trip I tried something different, I stayed at the Marriott  International Newark Airport and booked  the “All Day Tour” from New York Tours, we took a our hotel shuttle to the airport where we met the tour bus.

That tour was the best decision I made when planning an eight day road trip from Atlanta to New York City, Washington, DC and Atlantic City.  The owner (Keith Sacco) of the tour company greeted us at the beginning of the tour and took us to the New Jersey ferry.  What a breeze that was, as we caught the ferry within 10 minutes and began our tour visiting the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.  Everyone MUST put this on their NYC itinerary... what a history  lesson.

We returned back to New Jersey on the same ferry and our tour guide Richie met us for the NYC tour, what a delight he was.  The tour included all the main NYC attractions and was cheaper than any other tours offered. Our driver even added  the Russian 9-11 memorial in NJ after we asked why they didn’t include it.

Book with this company and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

Janice & Marc from Arizona say:
We had so much fun! Your tour guide, Tway, was so knowledgeable, we couldn’t believe the information that he knew. Out of the forty people on the bus not one person could stump him. And your bus was so big and comfortable. We had no problems seeing everything through the huge windows. We were so happy to see that the bus was enclosed and we wouldn’t have to sit outside in the cold. My sister and her husband are planning on coming into the city this summer and I have already told her to book your tour. Thanks so much.
Bobby and Leanne from Kentucky:
What a wonderful time we had on your tour. I never thought I would learn so much. The best part about it is that we were able to go over and see the Statue of Liberty. That is something I have wanted to do since I was a little girl and it was incredible. And on top of that you picked us up and dropped us off right at the front doors of our hotel. When you guys say all day tour you mean it. Your tour was definitely better then I expected and I cannot wait to come back to the Big Apple!!
Maria from Virginia:
I don’t think there could possibly be a better tour of New York City then yours. I lived in New Jersey for years and I have been to the city several times but I can now say that I will feel much more comfortable navigating my way around because of your tour. I thought it was a perfect mix of sight seeing, being on the bus and getting to pass by several places such as the Empire State building to being able to walk in Central Park. It was perfect for my elderly mother who uses a walker because it wasn’t too much for her. And Benny, the driver, was nice enough to help my mother on and off the bus. She kept saying how adorable he was. I will definitely recommend your tour to all of my friends and family. Thanks again.
Brian from Huston, TX:
I have to say that I was extremely impressed with your tour. I have been to New York plenty of times on business and I have taken other tours of New York City but nothing compares to yours. I mean don’t get me wrong they were okay but your prices were so reasonable and feel like I got to see so much more. I’m coming back with my family and we’re going to take the full day tour this time.
